Ready to paint!

This term we've got to complete a personal project that is entirely managed by us.
I've decided to paint some skateboards, yipeeeeee!

I just ordered my first blank and it's lovely. It's also the first full size board i've ever had (I used a blind mini for years) and I've just realized how big they actually are for a small girl like me.

Bat Kit

I got this kit from Hobbycraft at a very respectable price of £3.89.

The bat on the cover was cute, but the materials given in the pack don't quite match the example, so thanks for that silly bat pack.

Anyway this is my attempt at hand sewing it, I think hes cute even though hes a bit scraggly.

Everyone needs some good crafting now and then.

Found some examples of the wolf shirts, plus the old chemistry rat shirts on Scholars tour video updates. I haven't managed to pick up a wolf shirt yet but the print looks great!

I also especially like the comment on this video that a guy bought the wolf shirt because it looked like his dog!

AFI AT BRIXTON - THE BEST SHOW EVER

I gave Davey a print of this and got one signed to keep, I think he said "thats damn awesome" when I showed him. I also met Hunter who I had never met before, so now i've completed my collection!

My new camera just wans't behaving and all the pictures I took are just blurred or too dark. I must work that camera out before the next gig. I ended up filming most of the gig so I could screen shot the videos and get better quality photos.

I edited some nice clips into a chaotic fusion that I think best describes an AFI show. Also as a reminder for myself of such an amazing time! Hope you enjoy it too!
